Scores Posted, Three More Weeklies For 2012

On Tuesday, September 4th the La Mirada Disc Golf Club held their Weekly Disc Golf Tournament. This is the 1st of four remaining weekly tournaments. The weekly tournaments will run through September and then be suspended for the Winter.
This week we played the BACK-18 PAR 57 course. We had 18 players in four (4) divisions, Open (5), Advanced (4), Intermediate (2) and Novice (7).
In the Open division it was "Super" Dave Bretado who took 1st place with a score of 50 (-7) for $41.
In the Advanced division it was long time regular Jimbo Fliehmann who made it to 1st with a score of 55 (-2) for $25.
In the Intermediate division it was Travis Eppes who took 1st place with a score of 61 (+4) for $16.
In the Novice division it was Johnny Turner who took 1st with a good score of 61 (+4). But it was Jeremy Meza who won the Raffle for a used disc.

No one hit the ACE pool so it will carry over to our Monthly on Saturday, September 8th. The Monthly will start sharply 10am. Please be registered and ready to play by 9:45am.
Reminder we have 1 more weekly tournament on Tuesday at 5pm and the last two weekly tournaments at 4:30pm beginning 9/18 and 9/25. Please make a note of the time change!
